Herbs and Beans is a restaurant that can be a good place for a family sundate or a barkada mini reunion located at Pila, Laguna. The ambience is relaxing and cozy. Customers can feel the hometown restaurant vibe. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and serve orders with smile everytime. The location is I think their biggest challenge because they were far from the town proper where potential customers were overflowing.

They serve from lunch, snacks to dinner from Mondays to Sundays. The name is confusing to potential customers because it sounds like they just serve coffee and maybe some pastries to compliment the coffee but it is actually a restaurant that serves variety of pasta and rice meal. Their burger mushroom melt is their best seller because of the homemade patty. Herbs and Beans’ T-bone rice meal is to die-for to those meat lovers out there. The juiciness of the meat is savory that might make you order for another cup of rice. The variety of pasta they serve is too expensive for a single serving and taste ordinary. There is nothing special or nothing new in their variety of pasta that can be trademark for them. They also have an acoustic band playing every night. Music played were too sad that it looks like every customers were broken-hearted.

Herbs and Beans should improve their menu because the two other famous restaurants in the town of Pila is making loud noises specifically to the teens and young adults who like to hold lunch dates and dinner dates.
